Order Processing

Order before 2PM (Adelaide time) and we’ll get it out the door the same day.
Otherwise, your order ships within 1–2 business days, packed with care at our HQ in Adelaide, South Australia.

Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow it from our hands to yours.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We don’t leave customers hanging — over 95% of Aussie orders arrive within 5 business days.
Unless something extreme is going on (floods, fires, you know the drill), your gear will land on time.

• Standard delivery: 2–5 business days

• Regional delivery: Up to 7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (select at checkout)

International Shipping (NZ & USA Only)

We currently ship internationally to New Zealand and the United States.
All orders are tracked and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

New Zealand

• Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days

• Express option: 2–5 business days

USA

• Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days

• Express option: 3–6 business days

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number. If you’re not home when your order arrives, your local postal service will leave a pickup slip with next steps.
